Studio Art Scholarship
at Amity High School

Jamie was a member of Amity High School’s graduating class of 1999. One of her most cherished accomplishments was to be elected president of Amity’s chapter of the National Art Honors Society. The scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior NAHS member who shows promise as an artist and who intends to study art in college. In addition, the recipient must be someone who displays a tenacious love of “trying something new” and whose work reflects a penchant for taking artistic risks. The recipient is someone who actively contributes to the positive atmosphere of the school and the art program.
