As a gesture of friendship to the Primavera-Hulley family, Action for Bridgeport Community Development named their childcare site located at 460 Lafayette St. in Bridgeport CT in memory of Jamie. 170 preschool-age children receive Head Start and School Readiness services at Jamie’s Center. Working with ABCD educational staff, Jamie’s Fund helps to provide a creatively rich, hands-on arts program for the children at the Center. Students from Fairfield University volunteer their time at Jamie’s Center sharing their love of literature, art, music and theater with the children.
